Throughout the year the YMCA and other local organizations will host clinics, educational sessions and other training events that will help you stay fit and get ready to dominate the QUAD games! Check back often for new swim, bike, run and ski events!
TBD. EUP will be waiving their pool fee to all Quad participants and providing us with 2 lanes. We will have Quad Swim Champion – Dana Cerroni on deck for tips, stroke analysis and more! Take advantage of this great opportunity to learn from the best!

The Highmark QUAD Bike (co-sponsored by UTZ) will be hosting group rides on the QUAD bike course! These rides will help you prepare for the QUAD Bike on July 13. All levels of riders are welcome – beginner, intermediate and advanced. Whether you are looking to learn the course or complete a workout geared towards building speed, these rides are for you!
These group rides are free and open to the public – whether registered for the QUAD or not. Riders just wanting to complete in the QUAD Bike as a single event are welcome! Join us for a fun evening of riding.
Where: QUAD Bike Start Line – Edinboro University, Perry Lane (next to Football Stadium)
When: Monday, June 14 and 28
Time: 5:45pm – we will depart promptly at 6pm

Edinboro Group Rides
Starting the first Wednesday in April at 6:00pm a group of riders departs 814 Outdoor Sports (in Edinboro, PA) at 6:00pm for a 30-50 mile ride. Riders are broken into a A, B and C group (sometime D depending on how many riders show up). Rides meet at the 814 Outdoor Sports in the Mill and leave promptly at 6:00pm.
Group A: averages 20+ mph
Group B: averages 17-18mph
Group C: averages 15-16mph
Group D: averaged less than 15mph
