New QUAD Childcare Policy

Over the past year the free childcare has been used very little.  We’d like to continue to offer this service but because our events are during the weekend and at different locations, we also want to make sure that the YMCA employees volunteering are being utilized to their fullest potential.

Policy Updates:

1. Anyone looking to utilize the free childcare services must register 2 weeks prior to the QUAD event.
2. All registrations will be done through a unique Survey Monkey link posted prior to each event

3. Childcare is subject to cancellation if less than 5 individuals are registered.  You will be notified 2 weeks prior to the event if this occurs.
